All Coco Bella products carry a 30-day warranty. Faulty products must be returned to the place of purchase within this period with proof of purchase. Lingerie to be resized or exchanged must be returned unworn, in the original condition within 7 days of receipt of goods. Due Health regulations we are not unable to accept intimate products for exchange, nor do we provide cash refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. A Coco Bella credit note will be issued if a lingerie item is unsuitable
